Research & frameworks

feature frameworks

At initial phase, we create feature frameworks, which are based on the user journey, to guide our development process.

proposed values

We pinpointed the initial stage of multiple product selling, the flow, and the associated behaviors. The image below illustrates our findings from this desk research, showcasing the insights we gained.

concept testing

Besides desk research and focusing on creating framework for the design. We interviewed users to validate our initial design concepts. After reviewing existing data and conducting preliminary research, we developed an initial design, including its flow and touchpoints, for multiple product selling. This design was tested to gather user feedback.

research question

  1. How do users perceive the tiket Itinerary concept?

  2. Which concept has better understandability for users?

insight for next iteration

refined flow
